We guarantee at least 99.9% backbone network uptime in each calendar month.

If your site is down for 1% or more of the month, (approximately 8 hours) we will credit one month's worth of service to your account. Any violation of our terms and conditions or AUP will void this guarantee. We are not responsible for outages elsewhere on the Internet that may hinder access to your account.
